Ejection of loan

I have a moneyback policy no. 432733041 purchased from LICI, Contai Branch. I had taken loan from this policy and repaid it on 11.12.2009. Thereafter my Policy Bond is not refunded to me. On urgent need of money for medical treatment I applied for further loan from that policy and was rejected due to non-availability of my Policy Bond in their office. I several time pursued their Sr. Branch Manager to sanction my loan application but denied. They badly behaved me. They not only sanction my loan application, but also deny to return my Policy Bond also. They deprive me from taking my privileges offered by their Policy Bond. Hence you are requested to take necessary action in this regard and get my Policy Bond refunded as early as possible.
