For Commission Amount

Hello Sir,

My friend "A" mother was a LIC Agent and she was died 2002 . Her legal heirs is my friend and his younger brother and sister, all are adult. Now my friend and his brother and sister decided for commission amout, and they decided that the LIC pay commission amount to my friend "A". WHAT is the procedure for that? His mother not make a WILL OR any document. The commission amount is Rs. 1, 75, 000/-.
