Double premium taken for the same month with penalty

Dear sir,

I rajesh b kurhade bearing policy no 955172584 and my e mail id is rajeshkurhade@yahoo.com would like to complaint against the lic of india.

i have already paid my premium on date that is in the month of jan and again i went to pay the premium in march i was told to pay the dec premium again with the penalty of Rs 44/-.

i went to the camp office i was told that i will have to go to the hadapsar office after my req they told me that the system was not updated and we will update and let u know but uptil now nothing has been heard from the office about my premium and the penalty.

i would like to complaint that why they need 3 months to update and why the system not been processing my a/c and giving me the clearance of the above matter.
