Payment made receipt not received

Dear sir,

We have paid the premium for the policies 762070971 and 764192275 which are in the name of Mr A. Ganeshan for the month December on 05.01.2010 via collecting branch code 701 since the online payment link was not working.

Where as this month when we tried to pay the payment for January again it has taken the premium for the month december and even the receipt is not generated yet. why is it so? and still the premium is pending for the month january.

Payment is made through HDFC BANK details as below

MHDF0022249013-LIC OF INDIA, Ref No. 204122818 amount 555/- (762070971 and 764192275 Policies)
