Harrasement during the payments

During the payments towards my policies an unbelievable harassement is faced by me only this year. Previous years I paid my policy premiums from any of the branch and in consolited amount. This year my cheques were not at all accepted and asked me to pay at the only branch where the policy belongs. Then I went to the respective offices but again I was forced to submit seperate cheques for the individual policies. So for paying six policies i had to waste six numberss of cheques and also running from piller to post and wasted a loot of time with unnecessary arguments and then i paid my policies with fine amount. The reason put forth by the branches is servers non working which is a strange case. Will LIC take care in future not to harass their esteem customers?
