Bad email service from Goa customer care

I emailed the LIC goa customer care service and I got a response after sending two emails. The response was as below:

HELLO SIR,

WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR MAIL AND WILL GET BACK TO YOU WITH DETAILS AS REQUIRED BY YOU BY 11.00 (IST). FOR YOUR INFORMATION WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE MAIL DATED 21/08.

This was the first and last email sent. After this I sent several follow up emails but no reply at all.

I am very dissappointed.
