Receipt not generated for Online Payment

Dear Sir,

I have paid my monthly installment of Rs.258/- today (02.04.2012) for the policy number 323701097 (New Jana Raksha Plan T. No. 91, Servicing Branch - 755) under the name A.Antony Ranjith Singh through Central Bank of India Net Banking. My bank statement shows the amount has been credited but the receipt for paymnet was not generated and the payment is also not reflected when I log-in to my account in www.licindia.in.
