Policy No 671617817 premi fully paid and it was matured on 18.9.2011. Discharge form with original policy was sent by Regd. post on 30.8.2011 giving my residential address and details of my bank account to send their cheque or credit my account.

As no reply received till date, I have sent e-mail reminder to the branch

bo_67D@licindia.com and requested to reply me to my e-mail rdevi.rella@gmail.com or SMS me at 9849039053.

On several telephonic calls for the branch 08594232615 on 3.10.11 some staff received the call and replied that he will confirm the despatch over my land phone and he noted my tel 040 27714068. But no reply is made.

I request to look into my above pol 671617817 and advise the status immediately
