Irregular Receipts

I regularly pay my LIc bills through Billdesk Online portal. So PCMC branch collects the payment and should generate the receipt and send to the customer.

But Idont receive regular receipts for all my policies from PCMC branch.

And I urgently require 1 receipt for the policy No. 836917372

Or to my registered mailing address as earliest as I require for Income Tax purpose and Need to submit it within 2-3 days.
