Insurance agent made fraud

I had Bima Gold policy for Rs 500000/- (Rs Five Lac). The agent Mrs Anjali Bawiskar from Akola LIC Branch had duped me for cash of Rs 38000/- towards LIC premium in the year 2007. She had not deposited the said premium amount and my policy has laps as well as didn't return my money. She is niether depositing money towards my premium nor returning me.

What has to be done in this case. Pl guide.
