Death claim settelment

Sir,

my name is kakumanu rajesh. my parents had a policy at bhadrachalam branch policy no.680559209, this is jeevan sathi policy. on 1997 my father was expired on that time my mother got claim amount. but this is jeevan sathi policy so that policy continue on my mother name. on 2007 my mother also expired at hyderabad. on that time i was intimate her death to the LIC and they given some documents for claim settelment. i have submited all documents what they given. but till today they are not setteled my claim. they said the reason the bond was not found. that is LIC problem. and they asked me you bring the bank statement of your mother account year of 1997 and on that acount the claim cheque reflect. that is immpossible. kindly help me.
