Sir,

my self rupesh kumar singh i have an insurace agency from lic of india since 3.2.2004 & my licence is expired on 3.2. but i am sumbitted all documents with fee (1000 rupees) in 12.3.2010 in my branch office (C.B.O-1) dehradun. but at that date i cannot recive my licence due to this inconveyance i am not got my commission & also not able to do new business.so please sir do something for me. My licence no. 1580750 & my agency code is 05915251.
