NO DETAILS OF PREMIUM PAID

I have enrolled my policy No 132569985 and a premium of Rs 30837/- has been paid through a cheque, drawn on SB of Patiala, Guru Tegh Bahadur Nagar, Jalandhar-144003, which has been realised on 03 June. When I click to find out the record of payment and wish to print an online receipt, it appears on the screen that no record of payment of this policy is held. Please help.
