Subject: Non payment of Pension Installments of Policy No 342017909 Option E

Under Pension Plan Jeevan Suraksha Direct Credit to pension a/c Trough ECS

This is to inform that on checking my back a/c while updating my pass book, you have not credited the my Pension installment to my bank SBI (8521) Damodarpur, Vikram Nagar. Khor -458470 Dist Neemuch (M.P.), Saving Banks a/c no. 10715857721 which was due on 1/8. against the Policy No 342017909 Option E Under Pension Plan Jeevan Suraksha to be direct credit to my pension a/c trough ECS

Since I have shifted to my native place, Jodhpur (Raj), it is not possible very often to check the bank account and update pass book, to know installments position, this lapse has taken place.

It is requested to do the needful and arrange to make the payment of arrears and restore the installments.

A line by e-mail informing the applicant action being taken at your end shall be highly appreciated.
