Non remittance of premium amount for 14 Months

I am a policy holder with salary saving pol. no. 371279097.This policy is in operation since 1992 .Premium amount regularly deducted from my salary by the Accounting unit of MPSEB/MPPGCL and remitted to concerned LIC Branch. The LIC Branch accounted far it /deposited against above mentioned LIC policy. But the amount remitted by the Sr. Accounts Officer Sarni for the period from Oct.2010 to Nov.2011 to the LIC Office PATHAKHEDA Branch have not deposited against my said policy. Due to this action of LIC Branch PATHAKHEDA further premium could not be deposited and some amount of late fee to be imposed by the LIC, for this late fee LIC Branch PATHAKHEDA should pay.

IT IS THEREFORE requested that please direct LIC Branch PATHAKHEDA to deposit all pending premium along with penalty and transfer this policy to the LIC Branch Ujjain.
