Online premium payment portal not working

Dear Sir,

Life insurance corporation of India's portal for online premium payment is not working fine.

It is giving the error message that 'Server is too busy' evertime whenever I used to log-in.

When I am trying to call their customer care it always give me a message you are in queue that is why not able to log a complain in customer care.

I am complaining against the online premium payment service as well as customer care services of LIC.

Please take appropriate action against such insurance providers.
