Less payment of matuarity amount showing un-paid premium

I am Sri tapas Ranjan Chakraborty of Baripada, LIC policy holder of 582845248 and 582626106 beg to lay the following few lines of my grievances for consideration and favourable order. That I am to bring your nitice that I have wrote two times to the Branch Manager, LIC, Baripada Branch for settlement of less payment made during matuarity payment showing unpaid premium vide his letter dated 28.03.2008 and12.05.2008 respectively. In this connection I am to write that the unpaid premiums were actually deducted from my salaries and I have furnished all the details of deduction such as Bill no. and T.V.no etc. But since to-date no action has been taken by the said officer. Due to non-payment I am in mental agony. Solicit you kind eary action in this regard. I am submitting the payment details of the un-paid premium as shown by the above officer for favour of your kind information.
