Commutation amount

I have taken a pension plan policy from Lic of India, for which I was being told by the agent that on maturity I will get a Lump sum amount of maturity value and commutation amount. But on the maturity I have not received any commutation amount and the maturity value as lump sum, instead i have received 12 cheques of Rs 300 approx. each..for 12 months. You are therefore requested to look in to the matter and do the needful as soon as possible
