Dear Sir,

Reference above policy I have transferred our Installment Rs 10, 000=00 (Ten Thousand Only) on 05-April through our use id “sanjeevgammon” and SBI transfer reference MSBI0042217472IG19556296 Transfer to 31014964200 Bill Desk Transaction dated 05-04.

But due to some error on internet neither I have not get receipt of this paid policy nor policy showing paid amount.

Hence please credit amount in my above policy and send receipt for same.
