Delaying in changing the mode of premium payment from half yearly to yearly

We'd applied to change mode for payment of premium from half yearly to yearly for policy nos.-894132829, 894132830 in lic branch 89E but they are saying we don't know the method for calculation of premium.what is this? pl.help me.
