Death claim payment problem

Dear Sir/Madam,

My father Lt. Sh. Jagdish Singh Rathore has taken a policy by L.I.C.Of India vide Pol. No. 050814456 by salary saving scheme for S.A. 10000.00 and Unfortunatly his death take place in March.

We submit the death claim Form at L.I.C. Ajmer office and get the claim for Rs. 812.00 as under:

Payments Deductions

Basic amount 10000.00 Unpaid premium 188.40

Yested bonus 16310.00 Other Deduction 30190.00

Interim Bonus 480.00

F.add Bonus 4400.00 Cheque Amount 812.00

Please note that we didnot taken any loan on this policy so for the sum of Rs. 30190.00 for other deduction we approched to L.I.C. office. They replied that this amount will be paid in yearly instalments as per policy norms. but we didnot received any 2nd installment after 1year and 1 month.

You are requested to reply the actual norms and repayment sadual of this policy.(About total payment)
