Non recipt of Polocy

Respected Sir,

I have taken LIC Polocy for my wife Mrs. Ashwini Bhimrao Deokar from newly opened SSO Akluj & Ser Brn: 94C (Pandharpur) having No 959306591 and T-T 193-15 with SA Rs 50000 on date 30-6 but till today I have not recived Policy copy.

I have informed this to concern Branch in wrtiing and on telephone also but till no responce.

kindly help me to get Policy as early as possible.
