Lic of India bokaro 1 (0566) branch does not revive my policy as special revival. Actually I am not able to pay all the premiums due in full. so, I want the date of commencement of the policy to be enhanced from 28/08/09 to current date (special revival date) and the premium to be deducted from my salary.
