Non receipt of maturity form from branch office 25J

My policy no. is 251562901 which is about to mature on 10-11. But till date i had not received maturity form from branch 25J. I had launched my complaint on 7-10 & 14-10 thru LIC web portal.

Branch response was to send DV alongwith policy bond.

But i repeat that it is the duty of branch office to send the maturity form to their customer within 2 months from the date of maturity of the policy & LIC branch office is responsible for that as the same has been clearly mentioned on LIC website.

Please be advise that why LIC branch office is not obeying the rules & regulations being laid by IRDA.
