Dear Sir,

Sub: Benefits- Death claim already sent on 20.01. policy no from 740530080-740530082, policy status (e.cert due) plan (097) jeevan akshay -reg

Ref: my letter even dated in favor of manager, LIC, karaikudi Branch.

I here by inform you that I have not received any response for my letter till date from you. I am solely depend on the benefits of my late husband M.SP.Subramanian. It is known that LIC is the forerunner in settling the death claim within the month. But in my case it is not so. In my reference, documents are handed over to Sri Pethaperumal.

LIC is the only organization in helping the old age people and their spouse after death. But your vision is failed in my case.

I request the concern authorities to look in to the matter and settle the death benefits within a week time. I would like to know the reason for the delay. It is very displeasure to me.

I expect positive results from your end.
