REPUDIATION OF DEATH CLAIM

LIC has repudiated the death claim on the life of my father of sum assured valued rupees five lakh. My father has deposited almost rupees four lakh towards premium to LIC. The concerned agent named Prabir Kr Dey misguided us and we suffered huge loss of money. But LICI does not entertaining any complaints against the agent and also the insurance ombudsman uphold the decision of repudiation.
