Policy no. 123248815 in the name of Pardeep Kumar Bhalla of B-6/140 Sector 7, Rohini, New Delhi-110085

The said policy was surrendered on 16th December. Till date no cheque has been recevied.

I personally enquired last week and was told that the cheque is dispatched on 24th December.

Till today that is on 5th Jan I have not received any cheque proceeds of the said poliicy.

Kindly look into and expedite the same at your earliest as the amount is urgently required for medical

purposes.
