My mother policy is matured on 28.03.2011 but no cheque has been received till date wherever i have personally deposited my policy bond no - 111027260 along with the discharge form duly signed in their office on 14.03.2011.
their phone rings but no one answer.
i again says that this branch should be closed because this branch is a shameless spot on LIC.
lic should take necessary steps in this view immediately.
