Non payment of death claim

REF: policy no.718094412 . with regard to the referred policy non early claim was submitted. since the above policy was surrendered wrongly by tiruvallur branch, the claim is yet to be settled. i submitted claim papers in the month of febrruary 2010.for the past six months i am not recieved neither the payment nor the intimation of repudiation. I NEED A REPLY FROM YOU WITHIN A WEEK . Otherwise i have no other option but to approach the appropriate forum. Ayyappa pillai
