My Policy Details are as follows:

LIC Policy No: 766700380

I lost my LIC Premium Receipt for the year 2011 to 2012.

I want to submit the Premium Bill for my Tax Investment Proof.

It would be great if you could you send me the Duplicate bill to my mail ID: s_chitra@hcl.com

Its very urgent, Sir please do the needful ASAP.
