Egarding change of existing address

I dr.subhash chand have 5 lic policies. At the time of starting of these policies i was in REWA, but now i m in Srinagar (Uttarakhand). Before 3 month back i applied for the change of existing address.but till now result is zero. On contact to lic office REWA they told me that your application has forwarded to Satna (M.P.) which is head office of lic. I contact there but they told me that policies could not transfered to srinagar (Uttarakhand) due to failure of internet link, but this is not a satisfactory answer. I m mentally harassed so please help me these no. of my policies {376528074/377150590/377109629/376549723/376897984} THANKS.
