POLICIES ARE NOT ENROLLED

Dear Sir/Mam,

My self Nand Kishor (An LIC Agent Lic. No.02546 11U). I had been purchased 3 policies before some time. All three policies are registered in LIC for view/print and to view status only. Policies are: 124116268 Rs. 5018/-

124116267 Rs. 967/-

125769930 Rs. 767/- out of above three policies last Policy No.125769930 is registered only. Other two policies are also registered, but I had forgot user id and password of these Policies 124116268 & 124116267. Please help me to provide user id and password of these policies.
