UNABLE TO MAKE PREMIUM PAYMENT ONLINE

I am and NRI and have been making my premium payment online through LIC portal. But since almost last one year I cant see the policies enrolled in the list of enrolled policies and hence cannot make the payments. This has lead to penalties.

This is causing great difficulty. Please look into and advise.
