Fraud payment

I have a LIC policy no. 200893997 by wich the fraud payment have done on duplicate policy by the LIC morena. I complent to the morena office in written on 30-12 and then 05-01 but there is no respons from the LIC office Morena infect I have not taken loan from my policy but anybudy has taken the loan on my policy.

Please see this case and Give me justice.
