Annuity Cheques not Received since 2 years

Dear Sir,

I have under Group Gratuity Scheme, Master Policy Number 47987 an annuity number 24552 for Rs.1184/- per month. since July I have not received any annuity cheque till now. I contacted the department personally at New Delhi, when I was told that the cheque would be deposited in my account directly through NEFT. I submitted the details of my Bank Account along with necessary papers. I again sent one complete set through courier on 21.4.2012. But still there is no reply nor any payment received. Department is not giving any reply.
