Matured amount not paid

My LIC policy serviced by LIC branch 650 Hyderabad matured for payment during Nov.

All required papaers were submitted to them during Dec. Many complaints to their branch office, Regional Consumar Complaints office did not evoke any reply.

What remedial action I should take to receive maturity amount without any further delay.
