his is to inform that I shifted my residence to Kolkata from Thiruvananthapuram afer super annuation from service (VSSC).

I already intimated LIC office at by e-mail (sz_marketing@licindia.co) and registered post.

However, no response is received from LIC as on date. All necessary documents have supplied in my letter as address proof.

So, it will be appreciated, if could help me to resolve the issue. Thanking You
