Lic of india- jiven dhara
After maturity yet not recived payment

Dear sir

i have taken one lic policy on july . the scheem is that if we invest 17000 in 2000 we will get 50000/- after 10 yesrs. my policy no is 833925256 when i submitted my origina policy to 23-07 LIC ahmedabad branch yet i have not recived any payment for the same. why? is there any money problem to LIC?
