Non payment of Moneyback amount for my policy

I had a policy no.-183279711 for which I was issued a cheque for amount of Rs.15300 by cheque no.-507277 as against the money-back, but I did not receive the cheque at my address and when contacted to LIC Katni branch, they could not show any dispatch detail. They gave only the cheque no. and when contacted the branch Manager, Mr. K.P.Jogi twice, he told that he will trace out, but after one week I'm not informed about my missing cheque. I also lodged my complaint in writing through e-mail. Now I've changed my location and also informed them my present address and contact no. via e-mail. Please do needful to solve my problem.
