Delaying in death claim payment

My father Kamod Mishra, Vill. Post: Brahampur, Darbhanga, Bihar expired on 21/11. My mother Leela Mishra is the nominee for both policies (532457237 & 537272726) & my mother had submitted all required documents’ to LIC Office, after more-than one year till now, she did not get the amount of claim.

So please help us to get the claim at the earliest.
