Policy done incorrecly

Dear Team,

i have done a policy " policy no 115909866" in my wife's name akanksha trivedi by branch south ex (code 11f)

by unit manager BIRENDRA XALXO, he requested us to sign on some of the places in the application form, I mentioned it very specifically that we want a policy for 10 years only, and he agreed for the same. But later when I received the policy receipt I was shocked to find that this policy has been done for 15 years duration instead of 10 years.

Unit manager personally assured me that the mistake will be rectified within no time. But after wasting 15 days by keeping policy with him, he just refused to make any kind of possibility for any change in the policy.

I request you to kindly do the needful and guide me in this respect
