Non payment of group insurance premium after retirement of OM PRAKASH ARYA EX.Divisional Engineer B.S.N.L, E.T.R Patna

Sir,

I have retired from divisional Engineer O.F.C (Maintenance) O/O B.S.N.L, E.T.R, Patna On 30th June. The premium of group insurance which of Rs.315/- is deducted from my salary (From July to June) and same amount is sent to L.I.C OF INDIA as premium of Group Insurance Scheme to B.S.N.L Employees as per agreement with C.M.D, B.S.N.L Govt. Of India and Chairman of L.I.C Of India.

My Group insurance benefit not paid till date by L.I.C Of India, Patna After superannuation (30.06.2008). So, arrange for payment of group Insurance Benefit with interest to Sri Om Prakash Arya Ex. Divisional engineer O.F.C (M) B.S.N.L, E.T.R, Patna and minimize my tension in old age.
