Rude behavior of staff

Dear Sir,
Today i went to LIC of India 12P branch roop nagar, delhi for deposit the prenimum of my son sahil ahmed policy no.121752527. And a staff whose name is Ghanshyam who was taking prenimum amount he saying time is over and through my documents and say rubish language. when i ask branch manager he said i have no complain book. so, i can not provide it. there was so many eye withness regarding this matter. you are requested to dismiss the staff immediately and take action against branch manager who is totally useless to solve the probem and not provide me complain book.
