NON RECEIPT OF ANNUITY

This is regarding my annuity no.23473. In June I had changed ECS details of my bank account. The quarterly payment of Rs.1570/- was to be credited to my account on 1st August. But this is not done so far. Please advise if there is a disconnect on my email or mobile.
