He was asked to fill the advance receipt & certificate of existence duly completed & signed. He was also asked to give a discharge receipt in advance with out filling any amount but with his signature on revenue stamp. The same was despatched to you on 29.9.10 at your Santa Cruz address as instructed by you.

More than 6 months have passed but after that we have not recd. any further communication from your side on this subject.
