Dear Sir/s.
1. I the undersigned have Annuity No. 39434 /Policy No. 507138, for Rs. 2937.00 Quaterly. LIC issued 4 cheques for 4quarters. Out of these 4 cheques, one Cheque No. 327632 Dt. 15/09 for Rs. 2937 / on HDFC, Fort Mumbai 400 001. was misplaced in between books for 3-4 months & later I have found in the month of February. Naturally, cheques issued are valid for 3 months only, hence I had to return to Issuing LIc office, for "Revalidation" & returning to me.
2. It is not a easy task to find out the correct Telephone numbers / Email adress of the concerned officials.
However, the cheque was posted from Postoffice, alongwith the "authenticated form by my Bankers for E Transferring this Annuity amount after June for easyness, in future, thru. their Self adress envelop.
3. Here after, there is no acknowledgement/ confirmation/ call back from P&GS Deptt. N.Delhi office. Tel. 23350678 /23314970 goes unanswered. Tel. 23354984 remains unanswered for hrs. Correct Email adress is not provided / available.
4. In today's cost of transportation, am I required to run to their office, time & again to get the issue sorted out? Why there is no proper redressal system by LIC . If they hv not recd. the cheque sent by me? Then let them reply to me Else Revalidate & send me back the new cheque?
5. How much time, it should take? Why should they keep silence & no customer care.
I look forward to their satisfactory response & settlement of the issue, immediately, I await.
