The above mentioned life insurance policy has been submitted to the designated LIC branch for full and final settlement on 23.2.11. Inspite of repeatedly meeting the officials of this branch they are not making the final settlement on the pretext that the file is not traceable. This is not the concern of the consumer, kindly intervene and get my dues cleared.
