Non-intimation of maturity of policy

As per information gathered from LIC sources, policyholders are intimated about maturity of their policy two months before due date of maturity so that they may send discharged policy bond with bank mandate knowing well in advance the maturity value before the date of maturity. In the case of policy no.520196409 in the name of my wife Meena Kumari Singh, the LIC, Dumka branch seems oblivious of it's duty. We are yet to receive any intimation despite the fact that the policy is to mature on 28.06.2012.&&Rajeev Kumar Singh, South of S K M V College, Fatuha, Dist. Patna 803201
