NON CREDIT OF PREMIA RECOVERED UNDER SSS IN MY POLICY ACCOUNT

I am having policy no 790330436 issued from Vadakara branch in 1993. Premia have been revovered from my salary ever since my taking the policy under SSS and credited to the policy account. After my transfer to Ernakulam in April the premia were recovered from my salary and remitted to the local branch. Again I was transferred to Thrissur in October and the premia was recovered and remitted to the Thrissur branch. The Manager of this branch informed me that the policy number furnished by my disbursing officer was wrong and wanted me to furnish the correct policy number. The policy number was found correct and this was informed to the Manager. He again told me that the policy no was wrong. Then I contacted Vadakara branch and explained the problem to them. It was ascertained that my policy no was assigned to another insurant namely Abdu and assurance wqas given to me that the mistake would be rectified. Again I have been informed by Thrissur branch that as I have not furnished my correct policy no the premia amount would be refunded to me. It is also known that the Ernakulam branch also have not credited the premia in my policy account. Please take immediate action to rectify the discrepancies crepty into your policy records and credit the premia from April in my accounts. The action taken may be intimated to me within 3 days in the below noted address
