log id: v.shenbagavalli, today lic premium pay through online banking but my account amount 1014.90

reduction (IDBI BANK, Transaction Description IPAY/ESHP/BD/11422921/MIDB2651038220_LIC), my lic policy no: 717074192 and 716152973 premium receipt not generated.please rectified the problem.
